1. Program description
For automotive matrix headlights, Dalian Shiping Group has launched an automotive matrix headlight solution based on onsemi NCV78343 & NCV78964.
The main components on the development board are onsemi's Matrix Controller NCV78343, LED Driver NCV78964, Motor Driver NCV70517, and NXP's MCU S32K344.
2. The development kit includes:
1. S32K344 MCU main control board x 1: Use WPI’s existing S32K344 MCU board as the main control board. The board uses the NXP S32K3 MCU, which is the most widely used in the car body field, as the main control chip. Together with the FS26 power supply safety chip, it can meet all levels of functions. Safety requirements. The MCU main control board can be replaced according to the end customer's own needs, or NXP S32K31 existing various types of development boards can be used to develop matrix headlight functions.
2. NCV78343 LED light board x 4: LED lamp control adopts onsemi NCV78343 chip, which can realize independent lighting and PWM dimming control of 1-12 lamp beads, with open circuit, short circuit and overvoltage diagnostic protection
3. NCV78964 LED Driver Module light function,
The characteristics of the LED driver modular design are: ① Users can design and replace the LED driver module according to the chip they choose. ② Use the second-generation chip NCV78763 module currently provided by onsemi. ③ Directly use the NCV78964 module provided by WPI. The flexible module replacement design provides users with a quick and convenient way to deploy and develop matrix headlight applications.
4. MCU transfer control board x 1: MCU control and communication signals are connected to the chip on the board through this board, and are equally connected to the LED driver module board and light board to realize the matrix headlight function. The interface is the standard Arduino UNO interface. , can be connected to various types of MCU development boards on the market. Users can choose the MCU board that meets their own needs to implement the headlight function.
5. NCV70517 headlight steering stepper motor control board x 1: uses onsemi NCV70517 to drive the bipolar stepper motor to realize the headlight steering function (Adaptive Frontlight System)
