The EE-SX670A is a photomicrosensor manufactured by Omron Electronics. It is a compact and versatile sensor designed for precise object detection in various industrial applications. The sensor operates using an infrared LED emitter and a phototransistor receiver to detect objects within its detection range.The EE-SX670A has a small form factor measuring only 5.5mm in width and 6.4mm in depth, making it ideal for space-constrained installations. It has a detection range of 15mm, allowing for accurate object detection in close proximity.This sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 16V DC, with a maximum current consumption of 50mA. The output format of the sensor is NPN open collector, which allows for easy integration with various industrial control systems.The EE-SX670A is equipped with built-in reverse polarity protection to prevent damage from incorrect wiring. It also has a red LED indicator to provide visual feedback on the sensor's operating status.
