The BUK455-200A is a N-channel power MOSFET designed for use in switching applications in a variety of industrial and automotive systems. It features a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 200V and a continuous drain current (ID) of 12A, making it suitable for high power switching applications. This MOSFET has a low on-resistance (RDS(on)) of 0.25 ohms, which reduces power loss and improves efficiency in switching circuits. It also has a high input capacitance (Ciss) of 900pF, which allows for fast switching speeds and high frequency operation. The BUK455-200A is housed in a TO-220AB package, which provides good thermal performance and allows for easy mounting on a heat sink. It has a maximum junction temperature (Tj) of 175°C, ensuring reliable operation in high temperature environments.
